GRP Sectional water tank
By using the hydraulic press machine to press and mold with an SMC sheet (the mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber), Korvan produces panels. The tank composition is panels (bottom, wall, roof - the main body), internal and external accessories, and sealant. By using bolt fasteners, we assemble the tank. It is excellent durable, watertight, and hygiene.

Excellent hygiene
Korvan GRP sectional water tank has been certified by UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) and Korea water technology certification institution about the taste, odor, toxicity, microbial growth, and heavy metal contained. It is clear evidence that the Korvan GRP sectional water tank is made of hygiene material. Because of the corrosion resistance panels, it prevents growth of bacteria and virus.

Korvan GRP section water tank offers various types of panels. With the usage of these panels, we can offer the irregular-shaped (e.g. L shaped) tank. Depending on the installation site’s environment and the tank capacity, it can be installed freely. Since our products are self-assembly item, it is also easy to disassemble.

Panel design of water pressure dispersion
The bottom panels that are designed bulge disperse the water pressure to the side. Therefore, the higher water pressure makes increases of water tightness of the sealant.
Superior thermal characteristics
Korvan GRP sectional water tank panels are made of good thermal SMC material. We apply polyurethane foam and attach it with an insulation cover on our normal panels. By this triple-layer structure, our tanks have superior characteristics of water temperature keeping. Moreover, it prevents water freezing and dew condensation.
